In this weeks Tut Nathan explained to us exactly what the purpouses are of having API’s (Application Interface Interface) actually are. We also had a look at a few mashup or API websites such as wolfenstein Flickr or Neave Television. We had to sign up to an RSS reader site to check up on our favourite blogs and also sign up for a Yahoo Pipes account so we could make up our own simple API’s. Just adding to my list of usernames and passwords I have to try and keep track of. It was a pretty good tut, probably the most interesting one yet!
